Ahhahaha , finally I have dual ultimate for my tempest.
I leveled my character to level 41 today ! How about you guys? =D
For your information, Tempest's Ultimate are mainly for 1v1 purpose. That's why I learnt Spiral Edge so that I can become more effective for PvE.
Well , of course both ultimate shares the same cool down. Therefore , it's not advisable to learn dual ultimate unless you are facing the problem like I had.
